The SACO NW Hyatt & Locke Apartments development comprises of a 330-suite hotel & aparthotel. There is also a gym, restaurants, and retail space. The project comprises two hotels, Locke by SACO and Centric by Hyatt. The Hyatt Centric Cambridge will maintain 150 rooms. The Locke Aparthotel will comprise 180 rooms of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments along with a restaurant, cocktail bar, meeting rooms and an event space. The Active IT infrastructure installed within the premises is comprehensive and forms the foundation layer for building operation of both business units with reliability and performance the major requirement along with the ability to re-establish services quickly in the event of a failure/outage.
