We offer specialist teams covering all electrical, data and mechanical aspects of construction. This means that you will benefit from a seamless construction process, void of any delays which could lead to costly over runs and late penalties.


We undertake Mechanical & Electrical installation works in the Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail, Educational and Data-Centre sectors throughout the UK. 


Our works range from Shell and Core installations to Category-A and Category-B fit-out including refurbishment projects that are undertaken within occupied spaces. We also offer the experience and know how to work on occupied buildings that requires detailed planning to ensure minimal disruption to the tenant. 


Lastly, we have the expertise to undertake both Build Only and Design and Build contracts, offering both cost and programme efficient engineering solutions.

We are now approaching the end of our project at Elephant Park with Cilantro. A project which is part of a 10 year redevelopment plan for the area. We started in August 2018 and since then we have completed the electrical installation on 259 apartments, 8 Smart apartments and the full shell and core package. From the stairwells to the gym and screening rooms and the commercial areas below.

Interlinked have been appointed by Cilantro Engineering to complete the full electrical fit out of 313 apartments, ICT Infrastructure Package and IRS Package at A03 Embassy Gardens. The project as a whole will include up to 1,560 new homes and over 50,000 sqm of commercial and retail space, spread over eight building plots rising up to 23 storeys. Amenities of the highest standards include Eg:le club with its own library and gymnasium, the world famous Sky Pool, as well as a spa, cinema and business facilities.

Edwardian Hotels London Group has proudly commenced with the development of a new hotel in Leicester Square, The Londoner. Interlinked have been appointed to the full Electrical package and ICT Infrastructure package on the development which is a 350-bedroom hotel which also includes 15 suites, five concept restaurants and lounges including a spectacular rooftop bar, a state-of-the-art ballroom for up to 1000 guests, two new Odeon Luxe cinemas and a unique subterranean spa.

Cherry Park is a residential development project next to the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. It will be one of London's largest single-site PRS schemes. Interlinked have been appointed to do the Electrical fit out of 570 high end apartments.  The development will also have areas for the following amenities; a retail store, office space, double basement, swimming pool and gym, plant and refuse space, retail service yard and car parking.

The East Wick and Sweetwater is a new development in Stratford, London. The project will provide approximately 1,500 new homes, of which 30% will be affordable. These will be of high architectural quality and will be connected to the surrounding amenities, which include the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park created for London 2012.

Battersea Power station development company has commenced with the development of a new hotel which will be a vital part of expanding the community in and around the Battersea development. Interlinked have been appointed to deliver the ICT Infrastructure package on the new hotel. The hotel will be centred at the heart of the regeneration of Battersea and will have 164 bedrooms. The Art-hotel, which it will be commonly known as, which will form part of Park Plazas global chain, will feature 5 suites, 2 luxury restaurant and bar areas, and a remarkable infinity pool located at roof level over looking the newly refurbished Power station.

Miles Street, Vauxhall, London is a development which will incorporate 841 student bedrooms within a 37 storey tower as well as a six storey office block. On top of the office block there will be a rooftop multi-use games area, accessible to local residents as well as students along with a sky lounge with panoramic views of London.  The development also hopes to transform the current closed-off and railed site frontage into an open, accessible and welcoming entrance plaza. The café on the ground floor will create an active and vibrant frontage on Miles Street.


The SACO NW Hyatt & Locke Apartments development comprises of a 330-suite hotel & aparthotel, a car park for 50 bays and a central landscaped courtyard. There is also a gym, restaurants, and retail space. The project comprises two hotels, Locke by SACO and Centric by Hyatt. Hyatt Centric is Hyatt's urban lifestyle brand, and has 39 sites around the world including Peru, Hong Kong and Italy. The Hyatt Centric Cambridge will maintain 150 rooms. The Locke Aparthotel will comprise 180 rooms of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments along with a restaurant, cocktail bar, meeting rooms and an event space. The Active IT infrastructure installed within the premises is comprehensive and forms the foundation layer for building operation of both business units with reliability and performance the major requirement along with the ability to re-establish services quickly in the event of a failure/outage.



Mitchell Grimwood


Having gained immense experience at every level of the business, Mitchell’s ambition spurred him on to start Interlinked. His real passion is figuring out new ways to approach the industry and as a result has led him to being an avid follower of future technologies.


Phil Grimwood


Phil is the go to guy and has a vast knowledge of running successful businesses. He oversees all the operations in a calm and collected manner, takes on board our client’s information and then delegates to the right team or project manager. He then monitors those projects and makes sure they are all running smoothly.



Andy has been an accountant for over 25 years specialising in multiple industries including property development, investment and construction. Andy has first-hand experience of being part of a successful start-up where the group is currently projected to achieve a £75m turnover for 2020. He is certainly a crucial part of our team and our future success.

Darren was also a Director of a leading AV/IT consultancy and has joined us after working for one of the UK’s leading AV integrators. With over 25 years in the industry, his experience will be invaluable to our clients. He allows Interlinked to expand even further into AV/IT sector.





Tom has been working within the building services specialities for 30 years as an engineer and Project Manager.

He has an innate ability to organise projects, no matter how large and has developed his very own system which he adheres to rigorously and which has proved to be very successful for both him and his clients.





Stoyan has been responsible for managing, supervising, coordinating and planning the installation of full AV/IT, from 1st fix to final 2nd fix, for luxury apartments and Landlord common areas plus, complete Fluke testing and coordination of engineers across multiple Interlinked Ltd sites.





Originally from a Project Management background, Suzi brings a wealth of organisational and management skills to the team. She is responsible for managing all aspects of HR, Health & Safety, Accounts, Administration and generally keeping the guys in check!



 Ian has spent the past 8 years working in AV/ IT structured cabling and smart home integration as an Engineer, Supervisor and Project Manager. He has delivered multiple prestige residential MDU developments in and around London, where a cool head and great communication skills are paramount.
